Acid issues along with immunity. Pylori?

My mom ,55 years had covid in dec She was under home treatment and had taken too many medicines She has high BP and takes temsi am 40 and is thalassemia minor Since last 2 months having severe acidity Now since 4 days she took pAntodac 40 but having nausea feeling like feeling to faint Please advise if she can switch to dompan? Could it be h.pylori? Also she has lost 10 kg in last 6 months due to vertigo before covid and spondylosis Moreover some stress Can you please suggest something for immunity  along with resolving this acidity  issue Dr Also she gets sudden sweats at times and sudden chills at times .I am her daughter and need a solution  since I feel helpless at times I would be obliged
