Belly acid, ive been given anti acids but still in alot of psim.. is there anything i can buy to help

Take Tablet Pantoprazole 40mg half an hour before food. GERD or acidity in laymen terms is due to causes such as obesity, taking oily foods/spicy foods. Avoid drinking water before going to bed as it may cause regurgitation on lying down
Next Steps
Avoid coffee, tea, chocolates and peppermint as they all increase GERD as well.
Health Tips
Do a little bit of exercise everyday to reduce body weight.
