Acid in mouth and throat
Hi doctor, I suffer from acidity on and off. But a couple of days back i started getting a sour taste in my mouth and then throat burn. I also had a little bit of indigestion. Since it wasn't going away I shifted to a light food diet and having rantac 150 twice a day. The acidity has reduced but not gone away... It's been 3 days with rantac. What should I do? Please guide thanks

You seem to be having acid reflux/ GERD. You need to use acid secretion reducing drugs like ppi for some time. Consult a Gastroenterologist for further testing needed, based on your complaints. Follow some diet restrictions also.
Health Tips
Avoid spicy and nonveg food, deep fries, coffee, chocolate. Drink more water. Avoid sleep immediately after food.
