  4. Acid fly bite. To remove this marks?

Acid fly bite
I was bitten by acid fly over my neck and face.I have big patches all over there which is red.When i consulted a doctor she told me the marks will remain there.Can i have a solution to remove this marks

The marks shall fade over time.Your dermatologist can still prescribe a depigmenting cream which will help to a little extent.
