Achalisa cardia type 2

Asked for Male, 27 Years

My wife age 25 diagnosed with achalisa cardia type 2 and we took treatment POEM 1 year back . now she is ok is there any chances of recurrence of this disease again.is there any side effects of POEM.is this a life threatening disease in future
