Achalasia Cardia type-2

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I had already undergone through Heller method surgery for treatment of the Achalasia type 2 in Jan2016. Now again it is reoccured and doctor re. Suggesting for Poem method surgery. I wanted to know whether it is advisable to undergo Poem surgery post Heller surgery. Kindly help me out.
