Greetings, Facials can sometimes trigger more acne - so you better be guarded about the same next time you go for a facial. However, on the photos you have grade 2 acne vulgaris and its advisable you see a qualified dermatologist near you and get comedone extraction done for the comedones and few small white heads. Also you might have been using some cosmetic creams , etc that could have worsened acne.
