Accidentally took anti platelet drugs

Hello sir . I'm Bishal , my age is 22 . Sir actually the thing happened that i accidentally took Storvas CV 10 mg where clopidogrel 75 mg is included last Saturday at nearly bout 11:00 hours morning . After the next day i got itchy allergies it disappeared within few minutes . Sir when will the anti platelet effect of Clopidogrel 75 mg will fully go away from the body??
