Accidentally stabbed eyeball w/ sharp to

I am very scared and need advice professionally what to do if you accidentally drop something sharp on your eye or in your eyeball it doesn't seem to be bleeding or leaking anything but it hurts now after it had happened period. Like it's really irritated. It is also pretty red. I teared up a lot after I had dropped it in my eye I'm scared will I be okay?? I do not have a way to get to urgent care or the ER at the moment!! Please help!!? Did I detach my eyeball or will it descared please help!!!
