Accidentally ate red ants
I was eating my biscuits and after eating them all I realised that there were around 11-10 ants crawling (red ones) , I am worried did I ate them?
Is it a concern ?

You needn't worry you're unlikely to develop any symptoms. Just observe for any changes or any skin rashes although unlikely to develop, if you do visit the nearest casualty and get an antihistamine injection.
