Accident and hit on skull

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I had an accident where I fell down from scooty and my head got badly hitted and I got injured.Then immediately I went to hospital and there I was ask to do mri.My report is enclosed. I would like to know whether my mri report is ok or not.please suggest.

MRI BRAIN does not show any damage to skull bone and brain /other structures inside skull. It is showing injury to soft tissues beneath the skin.
