Acanthosis Nigricans on neck

Hi, Have Acanthosis Nigricans on neck, as I have hormonal imbalance and I am over weight. Trying to loss weight with nutrition and training I am successful also in shedding some weight. But the dark patch on my neck is making me feel very low and Unconfident when I am looking at myself in mirror. Please suggest herbal creams and home made solutions too. Thanks
