My wife is having Acanthosis nigricans problem in neck for more than 4 years. Is there any home remedies or medication for this problem? Dark skin are heavier

Acanthosis nigricans is associated with obesity, diabetes and other lifestyle disorders. there is no home remedy for the same. Trying home remedies could inturn lead to irritant/ contact dermatitis. Best is to consult a dermatologist who will guide you regarding topicals which will help along with helping you tackle obesity or diabetes or any other lifestyle disorder if present.
