Acanthosis nigricans
My dermat gave me aqurea hf cream for darkness around my neck. I have been using it regularly for one month now but there is no improvement and my darkness on neck has worsened. Does it get darker before actually clearing up? . What could be the reason?

Acanthosis Nigricans will lighten up once there is considerable weight loss. and the darkness u r observing could b coz dryness per se. keep the skin well hydrated with a medicated moisturizer. it will help in improving the skin tone and akso the pigmentation
