Acanthosis Nigricans in underarms

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have had this condition since my teenage years, I'm 29 now and have lost 20 kgs over the last 2 years but this still hasn't improved and I also have body odour because of the same. Please suggest suitable treatment. Weight loss hasn't helped.

Which part if the body u have Acanthosis Neck or under arms? Under arms Acanthosis is not responsible for body odour U need to maintain hygiene Along with losing weight did u consult any dermatologist? There are medicines scuffle available
