After drainage pus size lump size got reduced little but still lump is there what could be the reason for not reducing lump size ? Or how many days it will take to reduce? Get a CT scan done with dye in the opening from where discharge is coming from.
Absent bacteria from pus is a common finding because of heavy and common antibiotics use before sending the sample.
