Question is unclear and incomplete plz specify what u want to ask.
Infants primary teething start in upper jaw incisors first later lower and then other teeth.
Delayed dentition is when no teeth erupts till 13 months of age.
Next Steps
consult ur pediatrician so that complete examination of baby can be done.

It is myth that loose motions will come when teeth are erupting but it is just becoz of thier mouthing habit ( keeping every object inside the mouth ) that make them prone for loose stools
