About sleep
Im wake up automatically @ 6 o clock regularly for past two week ,even i was in deep sleep. i do no why . it doesnt full fill my 8 hrs sleep . what should i need to do .

If there is no problem , no need to be done There is no water tight compulsion for 8 hrs sleep

Nothing to worry. It's not required to sleep 8 hrs everyday. When your body feels enough of rest automatically you will get up. It's good habit to get up early.
