I have problem skin allergi but i dont know what kind of skin allergi it is .i attached one photo can any one suggest me what kind of treatment need to be take

The photos are not clear. You probably have scrotal eczema. Please don't use soap over that area. This can be treated completely with creams and tablets. Kindly consult me in private chat with detailed history for prescription.
