Hi, can i brush my retainer with toothpaste?? And how long do i have to wear this retainer??? Thanks!

Not required to brush your retainer with paste. In fact treat it like acrylic plates that you use in your Kitchen. Clean it thoroughly. Retainers could be worn anytime from 2 years to lifetime with decrease in frequency and duration over period of time.
