You need to be careful dear as you have a previous miscarriage. Letrozole has nothing to do with miscarriage.

Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestational sac after 2 weeks of these medications
Take a boiled egg daily
Sleep for two hours in afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime in left lateral position for improvement of blood flow to baby
Drink plenty of water and fruits juice
Avoid exercise and excessive tea or coffee
