Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Pain in the right side of hip can be due to a lot of causes.
How can it be pin pointed to detect your pregnancy.
Home test(UPT) came negative means YOU AREN'T PREGNANT.
what's the fun of even asking .
Get it checked out by a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
