A Doctor has prescribed me Perinorm medicine, as I am facing low milk supply. But I got to know that it's not safe , coz it passes into human milk. Is it safe? If yes than how to take it..??

Take plenty of water, nutritous diet and ample sleep. Be assured, relaxed and tension, anxiety free Give night time feeds to baby by suckling(its very important!) Consult gyne/ped doc if needed

Take one tab twice a day. It is often helpful It is safe You can add shatavari capsule twice a day
