But I get regular periods,I have no weight loss,is mild pcod is dangerous to my health, doctor said that it was in sleeping mode,how to control it?now iam using metformine for pcod,how many days I will continue this medicine,

Hello.. polycystic ovarian syndrome is the most common cause for irregular periods in these days. It's due to hormonal imbalance between LG and FSH. Common symptoms are irregular periods, hirsutism, weight gain.. It's long term problem.. Reduction in weight shows significant improvement in pcos... Difficulty in pregnancy is common problem with pcos. Change to diet and lifestyle to shed weight
