About my test report of HbA1c,Lipid test
Good evening sir/ma'am Please see my test report and suggest remedies and what you think most relavent for me. My height- 172 cm Weight- 90kg Do not use alcohol,cigarette, junk food, cold drink and do not eat oily food. Do approx 20 minute yoga daily walk after meal, eat only 2 to 3 roties and use dry fruits hand made juice and some eggs and non veg. UPSC aspirant so have to study for 10 to 12 hours daily and consume proper water and sleep. Please suggest.

Your weight is on higher side,reduced the weight.its very much difficult to keep lipid profile and diabetes profile under normal range if you are overweight. Fibrous diet,meditation, improving water intake,no stress help alot to control your weight.change your eating habits.

See man  you need to take extra precautions as your HBA1C is on higher side so avoid foods with high glycemic index ok. Physical activity means go for running ok do cardio. As your triglycerides and non hdl cholesterol are high so Avoid red meat... avoide egg yolks.... consume green leafy vegetables.... avoid juice eat whole fruit. Take all these precautions and get your test repeated after a month .
