My lipid reports
I am 34 year old male. I recently did my helthcheck and all reports were normal except for my lipids. My serum cholesterol is 235, serum trigylecerides is 227, ldl is 141, hdl is 48, vldl is 45 and chol/HDL is 5. What changes should i make in my lyfe style to get back to normal

You have dyslipidaemia as per your reports. Initially you need to take a low dose statin to attend to your immediate problem. Life style changes like consuming low fat and exercising daily are very slow to act and may be coupled with medication.
