My son 4months 10 days old and his weight is 6.6kg and he is completely on breastfeed but his weight is not increasing much what is the reason fot this because in previous months he gained 1kg.

Its normal. First 3 months babies gain 1 kg per month. Then from 4th month only 400 to 500 gm per month till 1 yr..if he has doubled the birth wt its fine..
