About Metatop Nasal spray
My doctor has recommended to use metatop nasal spray, twice a day for 1 month. He said there should be a gap of 12 hours between the two drops.
He also mentioned that the natural steroids of the nose should not get messed up and that one usually comes around 4 in the morning.
Now, if I missed a dose and sprayed at 2 in the morning, will it affect the natural steroids that are secreted in my nose?

The steroid balance will not change in one dosage . Don’t worry. But try to take medicines correctly in morning and night and fixed times
