I have a lymph node in my groin area when I touch this thing it's painful it's showing innerly bt outside it shows a black spot. Am too worried..

Enlarged and painful lymph nodes means infection .Meet to gynaecologist and take full course of antibiotics.You can use pain killer also.Take hot fomentation with warm water.You can add anitiseptic solution also.
