Lipoma is a benign tumor of fat cells. Fat arms is not Lipoma.. So what exactly do you have ... Lipoma or fat arms? Send picture on follow up chat. Or your could see a dermatologist or surgeon near you. Hope this helps. Dr Govind S Mittal.
