  4. About Lactation. If sugar is added?

Doc , though my breastfed is not enough am giving lactogen 1 for my one month baby . prob is my mom adding a bit sugar in lactogen 1 for my baby I dnt hav idea abt tat. Plz suggest & wat happens if sugar is added?

Do not under any circumstances add sugar. It is not required, moreover can be detrimental
