Doc my baby born with 4.1 kg nw she s 2 month completed she is taking lactogen + breastfeed although she s crying for milk and searching for it.. NW she is 4.5 g may I give cerelac very watery?

You should not give anything to your child except milk( lactogen or breast milk) till 6 months of age. You can increase the quantity of milk, but never give cerelac or solid food till 6 months
