About jowar bajra roti
I am 22 weeks of pregnancy...and have very acid reflux and indigestion problem... Do not eat wheat roti and also milk products.. Is jowar bajra roti easy to dygest and reduce acid reflux.. Milk products replace with almond milk Is they are helpfull

For acid reflux patients high fat containing, spicy ( fried/sweets/meat and acidic foods( coffee/chocolates/sour fruits ) are generally considered to refrain from. Wheats shouldn’t be causing that much trouble.

Try 15-20 mins of walking and instead of heavy large meals divide it into 5-6 small meals. Drink Water only after 30-40 mins of meal. Last meal of the day should be before 9pm
