About Intake of added sugar
If an healthy person eliminate the intake of added sugar like sugar, honey or jaggery (or have it occasionally like in weddings, festivals) and have sugar in the form of fruits like banana, apples, raisins etc .Will it effect health in negative way also?

Everything in moderation is always good.. Problem is when we get addicted to it.. When we start taking in excess.. On the top of that when our physical activity is poor.. This is where health issues start...
