My operation of hydrocoel is done since 4 months before but size of testis is remain same. So please tell me it's swelling or any other problem?

If it is persisting even after 4months, then you should undergo USG Scrotum to check for any hematoma. Till then, wear tight underwear.

If eversion of sac or lords plication has been done, then The swelling will subside on its own. It will not increase in size. No need to worry

Possibly u had small but chronic hydrocele May be that's why unable to appreciate surgery outcome Kindly get Ultrasound done and revert back to your doctor
