I am 67years old male..My ECG AND 2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY reports are below- 1.ECG reports:-Normal sinus rhythm. Negative T-wave in anterior lateral leads. Old inferior wall myocardial infarction. 2.2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY:-Left ventricular wall motion abnormality with moderate systolic dysfunction. Moderately severe mitral regurgitation. Moderate pulmonary arterial hypertension. I cann't understand reports..please help me.
