At the back side of my head there is small growth of bone,feel to the hand..but no pain...Is this is serious problem please help...thanks

hard swelling over scalp are usually dermoid cyst or osteoma both are benign ,nothing to be worry, if it is paining , or sudden increase in growth consult orthopedic surgeon
