I want to know about my reading glasses
6/6 right eye
6/9 left eye
I have a confusion between +2.50 and +2.75 pls help me in this.

There should not any confusion when the difference is only 0.25 .. both will be equally good, if prescribed by a competent eye care professional.

If your vision is 6/6 and 6/9 then 2.5 or more will not be required ..i think 1.25 or 1.5 will be sufficient.
However
Please get your refraction done and start using specs as advised.

As rightly said it’s only showing your distant vision
Near vision is not noted.
