Hi, my boy baby is 2 months old n my breast milk is not enough for him. For example if I have to feed 10 times a day then 5 to 6 times breast milk is available remaining time the flow of milk is very low almost nill n it takes time to refill n in that time if I feed formula milk (nestle nan pro) he is vomiting completely. If I didn't feed him when he is hungry he cries a lot. What is the solution for this pls help me n I am having good balanced food then also breast milk is same. Is my age (36) matters for less milk? This is big problem for me n becoming restless. Pls tel me wt to do? N all doctors told that feed at least 20 mins from 1 breast but my baby is drinking fastly within 5 mins from my breast n is it satisfied? I don't know anything . Pls guide me

Breast milk production js not uniform throughout the day; more milk is produced early in morning and just after you wake up from sleep
Your age is not a matter of concern here, don’t worry about that
Please stop the formula; let your baby suck on even if you think milk isn’t enough. Sucking helps to increase breast milk production in mother, it’s all feedback networking. If baby sucks more, mother’s brain will give signals to produce more milk.
Start by following these steps
1. Stop stressing, trust your baby and your body
2. Eat nutritious food, more of garlic, ajwain, fenugreek in diet. Boiled egg is also great
3. Drink 2-3 liters of water a day, it’s better to drink warm water
4. Take your calcium and iron supplements
Hello. Your feeding is enough or not ,can be assessed by number of times Urine passed and baby's weight gain.
Definitely, you can change powder formula as it's not suiting her.
Continue breastfeeding every 2-3 hourly.
