About folic acid and fourrts tablet
I am 5 weeks pregnant taking mfol b6 folic acid in the morning after breakfast.yesterday doctor gave me fourrts multivitamin tablet to take after lunch.what my doubt is there is same composition of folic acid in fourrts tablet also.can I take folic acid after breakfast and fourrts after lunch.or can I skip taking folic acid in the morning?please help
