About filament in the head

My son is 3 months old. Due to continuous sleeping upright, he has a wound (looks like a ringworm) on the lower part of his head, due to which the child finds it difficult to sleep keeping his head upright...suggest any remedy or medicine for it मेरा बेटा 3 महीने का है. लगातार सीधा सोने के कारण उसके सिर के निचले हिस्से में घाव (दाद जैसा दिखने वाला) हो जाता है, जिससे बच्चे को सिर ऊपर रखकर सोना मुश्किल हो जाता है। Plz कोई दवाई या उपाय बताए
