About ecp and periods. Cause of low bp?

In the month of jan I have period on 8th of jan I have ingested ecp after(this incident occur on 26th of jan) oral sexual encounter there was no penetration of vagina with penis only with fingers so out of fear of some precum might be there I took unwanted 72 on 28th of jan and on 9th feb I got bleeding on my expected date it was with good flow and last for 4 to 5 days(was that my period?) and in the month of march I got my period on 11th of march with good flow which again lasted for 4 to 5 days but now for past few days I am experiencing low blood pressure and weakness So this low bp is due to side effects of unwanted 72 or pregnancy?? And I haven't experience any pregnancy symptoms Note - we haven't engaged in any sexual activity since then. And what is the cause of low bp?
