Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have recently diagonosed with grade 1.i have uploaded previous post. Recently i went to a cardiologist, he administrated oral metaprolol 50 and clonazepam 0.5 before 1 hr of echo. The grade 1 dd gone. Reports come normal. The doctor said, due to anxiety high adrenergic response that occurs. So doctor advied take metaprolol.for 1 months Is this correct? Is anxiety cause acute dd?
