IUD are the best contraceptive with maximal efficiency and minimal side effects. If you want to go for contraceptive pills then go for Combined pills which come in a pack of 28 pills wherein the first 3 weeks you take Progesterone+estrogen pills and in the last week (week4) you take placebo pills. These pills have high efficacy and less side effects
