About bitter ridge gourd
My mother aged 45 cooked ridge gourd(Tori) vegetable and she tasted about 2 spoons of that cooked vegetable and it was bitter in taste. Is their anything to worry about.

Dear , bitter gourd should not it This  vegetable   belongs to cucurbitine family ,cucurbitin high level is harmfull so only sweet gourd have to eat .
