Hi, For the 4 months old baby, normal feeding frequency is 2-3hrs. Kindly consult a paediatrician (child specialist) for further guidance and support

Hi.... It's like demand in feeding. If baby is not getting adequate feeding then there will be no weight gain.. we need an evaluation. Don't give ragi or any external things.  She not beyond 6 months. You can try nanpro 1 instead ....use 3 spoons in 90 ml and try bottle feed as an alternative if mothers milk is not adequately. Feed 2 hrly .... definitely she will gain weight.
