My brother 3 years old. He is doing all the activities quite right and understanding our words.But he is not pronouncing words correctly r not talking properly. he says only one letter when tried to make to pronounce. Is it common.could you please give me your advice

Hi.. There could be several reasons for this. First consult a ENT surgeon so that he will be checked for any physical abnormalities like tongue tie. Then consult a psychiatrist for Evaluation. He may be administered some tests to assess his Developmental quotient. Depending on the cause appropriate advise can be given. He may need speech therapy.
