Abnormality in Pulse Rate
Dear medical professionals, since March 2024, I have experienced anxiety.  Following a psychiatric consultation on May 12, 2025, I was prescribed ZOLAX SR 0.5, MIGRABETA TR-40, PARI CR 25, and CLONOTRIL 0.25 (for emergencies). My symptoms include social anxiety and a fear of venturing out alone, without panic attacks.  In early June 2025, I observed bradycardia (pulse rate below 60 bpm, approximately 50 bpm). A normal ECG was recorded on June 6th, 2025, while unmedicated.  After omitting MIGRABETA-TR 40 on June 10th and 11th, 2025, my pulse rate was normal on the 10th but elevated (92-103 bpm) on the 11th.  My physician advised discontinuation of MIGRABETA-TR 40 on June 21st, 2025, and since June 22nd, 2025, I've again noted an elevated pulse rate (above 90 bpm). Is this increase in pulse rate following cessation of MIGRABETA-TR 40 considered normal? Is there anything to worry about? Thank you.

Yes, the stoppage of the medicine could be responsible for the rebound increase in the heart rate as the drug has the potential to keep the heart rate under control. If your heart rate is within hundred beats per minute, there is nothing to be worried about.
