Sir, routine checkup  Sgpt-92 Sgot -53 Bilburin-1.2 Pt-15 second Inr-1.15 Platelets-1.47 lac After meeting gastro he advised cirrosam -400 and udiliv 300 and he also did endoscopy in which he found gerd with la-b pangastris. in fibroscan done by ARFI,got results- Liver stiffness-5.1 kpa Velocity-1.3 Liver eqi-16.7 % Spleen size-8.4 Liver size-16.4 cm Portal vein -8.6,Recently checked for vitamin b12 and level were down as 131 for which i m taking injection. Also did ELF PANEL TEST FROM DR LAL AND RESULTS ARE HALURAUNIC ACID-18, N TERMINAL PROPEPTIDE -6.56(<7.85) TIMP -1-194.20( should be less than 138) ELF SCORE-8.26 history of binge alcoholic,blood sugar fasting-103, cholesterol-143,hdl-35, triglycerides-155(<150),vldl-31(<30), platelets-2 lac after taking udiliv,mpv-13.1...I want to know the correct treatment and is it reversible disease??? accuracy of ELF test.my gastroenterologist says its nothing like fibrosis but elf test says mild/insignificant fibrosis.arfi reports are attached

You have raised liver enzymes SGPT and SGOT Along with moderate fatty liver , this can be NAFLD ( non alcoholic fatty liver disease ) Reports suggest you have insignificant fibrosis At this stage most important thing is life style modification 1) Cut down on alcohol 2) Fatty meals and complex carbohydrate 3) Moderate excercise 4) Dint take any hepatotoxic medicine painkillers Repeat LFT after 4 weeks if no improvement then may need medications

Your reports are normal. Have tab evion 400 mg od for 1 month for fatty liver. Neurobion forte od for 15 days for b12 def. Rest exercise for Hdl levels to improve.
