My mother is 46 years old and if suffering from abnormal uterine bleeding since 25 days now...(earlier she bleeded for 40 days and was admitted to hospital in January,where she was given tranexa injections )
She is suggested to take tranexa 500mg again but nothing is working.
After every 2 hours she needs to chnge the pad.. .
Her hb is 9.7.And DNC report is also normal ,she doesn't have any uterus cancer .
Can someone tell wht might be the issue ...

If D and C report is normal start for your mom the following
1. Tablet Regestrone 5 mg three times a day for a week followed by 5 mg two times a day for a week followed by 5 mg once a day for a week
2. Syrup Dexorange two spoons three times a day for a month
3.Tablet Livogen once at bedtime daily
